Buying process

01

Initial Consultation and Pre-Approval

Begin your home buying journey with an initial consultation to discuss your needs, preferences, and budget. Getting pre-approved for a mortgage is essential to determine your buying power and streamline the process. I will help you navigate this step connecting you with reputable lenders and guiding you through the pre-approval process.

02

Home Search and Selection

Once you’re pre-approved I will curate a list of properties that align with your criteria. Together, we will embark on home viewings, exploring various neighborhoods and features to find your dream home. I will provide valuable insights and advice, helping you assess each property’s pros and cons until you discover the perfect match.

03

Making an Offer

Once you’ve found the ideal home, it’s time to make an offer. I will conduct a comparative market analysis to determine the property’s fair market value and craft a competitive offer on your behalf. Negotiations with the seller may ensue. I will advocate for your interests and strive to secure favorable terms including price, contingencies, and closing timelines.

04

Home Inspection and Due Diligence

After your offer is accepted we will open up escrow and begin necessary inspections. Working with a trusted inspector, you will uncover any potential issues/concerns from structural integrity to mechanical systems. I will guide you through this process, helping you understand the inspection report and decide on any necessary negotiations or repairs.

05

Under Contract to Closing

With the inspection completed and any negotiations resolved, you’ll move forward to your  closing sate. I will coordinate with the necessary parties, including lenders, title companies, and attorneys, to ensure a smooth transition to closing day. During this time, you’ll finalize your mortgage, review closing documents, and conduct a final walkthrough of the property to ensure everything is in order.

06

Closing and Possession

Finally, it’s time to close on your new home. At the closing table, you will sign the necessary paperwork. Once funds are disbursed and ownership officially transfers, you’ll receive the keys to your new home. Congratulations! You’re now a homeowner, get ready to embark on this exciting new chapter in your life!
